The ever elusive and extremely rare TUBOGAS.

The tubogas or gas pipe is a snake-like hollow, flexible design made by wrapping gold strips with raised edges tightly together around a wood or cobber core that is later dissolved with acid to form a continuous flexible hollow tube.

Wildly famous in the 1970s when Bulgari made a collection, but the tubogas were already being produced in 1879.

Absolutely stunning and in excellent condition with minor age-related wear.
